Maria is the sweetest! I was so grateful for all of the help this company provided me. I received lactation consultation without any Out-of-pocket cost. I swear they saved my life with this information! I am also extremely grateful for all of the assistance they have provided me with! The stuff is all very friendly and knowledgeable they are eager to help and provide Any mother with as much resources as they possibly can

Friendly staff. Clean environment. They are very helpful with all the questions I had and the needs my son needed to be met. Only giving 4 stars because the incident of them giving me an appointment at the time they were taking a lunch so I had to wait outside for a little bit with a newborn in the winter time. They felt bad so they let me in after trying to call them to see what was going on. Other than that they do accommodate to my son's needs.

My daughter showed up for an appointment a month ago only to see a sign on the door that they had moved and wouldn't be reopening until the following week. No one had contacted her to let her know they were moving or to reschedule her appointment. Then she received a phone call this morning that she missed an 8am appointment. Again, they had not contacted her to notify her of a new appointment or that they were even reopened in a new location. This is very unprofessional. Also, the person she gets scheduled has a very thick accent. My daughter is not Spanish speaking and this woman is very difficult to understand. She talks fast and doesn't speak clearly. I am not pleased with this office at all.
