Dalinghaus, thank you, thank you, thank! Our 100 yr old beach house foundation was damaged. Brian, Lesley, Jamie, Caitlin, Jennifer, Gail and everyone else was so professional! You all put our minds at ease with your thoroughness. Ryan and crew were absolutely incredible installing the piers. Stephen and Andre did a phenomenal job with the polyurethane. We are so thrilled. You all were great communicators every step of the way. I think our house might live another 100 yrs!, Thank you Dalinghaus. 🙏🏽

Had our house bolted and braced to the foundation. Phil Laney was excellent to work with, he was so honest and helpful when it came to our initial inspection. Dillon and his crew were on time and efficient in their work. Easy peasy. I would highly recommend this company for any foundation work for your home.

Very professional. Excellent customer service. Brian came out and did a very thorough proposal to have deep foam, polyurethane injections under the house, to keep it and the chimney shifting. He been over an hour with me, was very helpful, and gave some insightful suggestions. I would recommend these guys to anyone that is concerned about serious foundation remediation needs.

We have a small section in our yard where the dirt is beginning to sink and wanted to be proactive. Tom confirmed our appointment the day before and also let me know when he was on his way. He arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed where the source of water could be coming from. After sharing options on how he could further diagnose/treat (not inexpensive due to the process and products used), he offered what he would do for the time being if it was his own backyard - a simple DIY and maybe have a plumber test the nearby drain lines. We are so grateful for Tom‘s professionalism, expertise, and integrity, and would not hesitate to use his services in the future!

Hello all i am a superintendent with details custom builders. For the last three months, I have been on a project in Lake Forest with Dalinghaus as our structural subcontractor. For the last 3 months Ben Conner and his crew have conquered the impossible, day in and day out these 3 guys have put in a substantial amount of work to get through one of the toughest projects I have supervised. These 3 guys have definitely set a new standard to the term “busting your ass” and that’s an understatement. Ben and his crew have been very respectful and have been top notch on communication. I want to thank Ben and his crew for the outstanding performance they did on this project, I look forward to working with you guys again sometime thanks guys.it has been a pleasure.

Dalinghaus just completed a project where our house was slowly slipping down a hillside and it needed to be stabilized. The work crew was headed by a young man named Dillon. I was so impressed by Dillon's work ethic and attention to detail. He kept us in the loop about the progress of the work, and was always honest and polite. He has good leadership capabilities, and he and his crew-mates worked well together and got the job done in good time!

Want to come on here and give a big thank you and show my appreciation for the team at Dalinghaus for their support with getting our foundation repaired. Everyone from Brian mapping out the repairs to the guys who killed it installing the multiple piers and crack repairs around our foundation to Jen helping us iut with a payment plan. Ryan and his team Jose and Jay came by and talked us through the repairs and when it would be loud or noisy, we have a new born they gave us a heads up each time, to updates along the few days of work and even dealing with the city inspectors. The team will go over all options and set you up for a long lasting investment in older or cracked foundation. Much appreciated

I was contacted several times in advance of the appointment to confirm the time and date and provided information on what to expect. Brian was great - professional, friendly and he took his time to insure a thorough inspection. The report and proposal were detailed and easy to understand. After sending the report, Brian texted to see if I had any questions, to which he provided prompt responses. His recommendations were very practical and I believe the company focuses on what is the best solution for the customer. I highly recommend Dalinghaus for any homeowner concerned about their foundation.
