I brought quite a mess into my counseling sessions with Ms.Vicki. What I can share to anyone considering counseling, please don't put it off or worse, talk yourself out of getting the help you deserve. I also encourage anyone considering counseling to spend time researching and praying for the right person to walk you through these next months/years with you. I was in such a place that without God's help to guide me to the right counselor, I was done. Hope gone. So, I am thrilled to say, I'm here! I'm here because God led me to Vicki Coffman. Through out my time with her, God made it abundantly clear, I was safe, I was welcome, I was heard, I was validated, I was genuinely cared for and I was inspired! To be honest, I had never met anyone quite like Ms. Vicki. I am so grateful to God and Vicki for helping me to heal, recover, laugh and find the inspiration I needed to get my life back. I can only hope that everyone who needs Ms. Vicki's wisdom, kindness, guidance and my favorite, her inspiration, is able to sit with her and glean from her all that God has for them too!
Vicki is truly one of the most exceptional people I have ever met!

We took our daughter here due to limitations with insurance. Staff is quite pushy and lack of professionalism is constant. Simple issues seem to be hard such as proper spelling of names, and having a total disregard for family privacy. Staff will try to add extra fees and force counseling that is not needed. Please ensure you have explored all options prior to selecting this service. Sometimes just because a company accepts your insurance doesn't mean you should take your family there. I learned this the hard way.

Vicki is Amazing words can not express how much my life has changed since coming to Encouragers. Vicki has taken the time to find away to help me see for myself what changes I needed to make in my life, showing me how to determine who is unsafe or safe, how to set boundaries, giving me life tools, understanding what I deal with mentally not making me feel judged like others have but making me feel genuinely cared for. Vicki even reffered me to EMDR Therapy for my PTSD since it wasnt offered there that was life changing as well. (Now that is caring) 💯Encouragers has been heaven sent!!! I have grown so much even with my multiple traumas the staff there are professional but at the same time make you feel like your able to be yourself a better you. Jennifer & Christa are wonderful I can't say enough!!! The Groups are so helpful, informative & you get to see your not alone. I love being apart of all I can at Encouragers! Growing, Thriving and Wanting Better in life One day at a time! Vicki and the crew give me the tools & drive to make that happen and make it easier & God being in the Mist is always a plus!
