I appreciate the good intentions of this good pantry. However there needs to be a proper way for filtering out expired food. I got some popcorn chicken last week that looks like it was donated by a restaurant and my family including our 8 month old got food poisoning from. We all got a bacterial bug from it. Confirmed it at urgent care. Please have some human decency don’t give out bad food.

Someone I know came to this place to get some stuff. And I get you have to check in when it’s your day to go and I understand this person shouldn’t have gone. But to yell at a person, rip the items out their hands and kick them out is so rude. The situation could’ve been handled differently.

Very friendly and genuinely caring people here who show no judgement and genuinely care. Snacks, drinks, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, ground turkey, canned goods, cheese it crackers, water bottles, face lotions, toothpaste, donuts, cheese (lots of it)

always expire food they give you i have profen the facts i been here 3 times already and all times its always expire food how i found out its the first time i got really sick because of something i ate and it was donuts that expired 1 week ago and ever since i been paying attention to this all times i go i been getting expire food not worth it unless you want to eat expired food

I have gone twice now, and am so grateful for the food and hygiene supplies they supply. I am living on the bare minimum of social security and Hope Pantry gets me through the month. The people who donate their time to help out are definitely a blessing to me. Very helpful and friendly.
