My Godfather was in need of additional assistance from the VA.
I was referred to Veterans Advocacy Associates. The service I received from Renee and the Company was outstanding and very professional. Renee kept me updated on the status of the request. She notified me by phone when she received my paperwork and emailed me any documentation that was still needed.
I would definitely recommend Veterans Advocacy Associates to any veteran in need of help or assistance.
They provided excellent Customer Setvice which is very important and always returned my calls.
I would rate the company with an A+.

Initially, things had not gone so well with assistance from VAA. When we needed further help after the actual Veterans Administration denied a claim my father for their Aid and Attendance program, Renee stepped up to the plate, along with Allen, to assist me in trying to salvage and re-open the claim for my dad. Renee is willing to listen and go the extra mile; above and beyond! We were initially referred to the VA's Aid and. Attendance program with help from my father's medical social worker from Kaiser Permanente (dad is currently under hospice). Time was truly of the essence! If it wasn't for the dedicated support from Renee and her colleagues at VAA, we'd have been lost. It looks as if my father's claim was finally approved and and we are awaiting an official letter from the VA now. If you meet the requirements and qualifications, especially for the VA's Aid and Attendance program, go for it! Especially if there is a serving spouse involved who may be entitled to a smaller pension should the service member pass on. Because they are a legitimate and hard-working non-profit group, a donation in kind, espescially upon an official award of benefits, would be the very least one could do to reflect their appreciation and thanks!

My first exposure to Veterans Advocacy Associates was as a participant at one of their fundraisers. I was impressed with their mission and became a volunteer. Working side by side with the owner, Kevin Willis and his amazing staff, I saw first hand how the organization helped our Veterans that so often get overlooked. Their committment to our Veterans is like nothing I have ever experienced before when volunteering. The VAA recieves requests for assistance on a daily basis. Thats 7 days a week. The amazing staff researches and responds to each request and works tirelessly to help our Veterans get the benefits that they deserve. I am so proud of the work that the VAA does and look forward to many more years of being involved.
