One of the helpers were more willing to educated us on how to help improve our pups behavior than the actual trainer, who did not seem interested in figuring out a solution for our talkative pup. Completed a class but was not invited back due to our pup being talkative. I think if your pup needs real training it’s best to go to someone else and if you as an owner wants to leave confident and feel like you learned how to better handle your pups needs to improve his/her behavior then maybe a different facility could work better. But if you have an easy dog, then that will be what the trainer can handle at this facility.

Great place to learn the steps to become a well educated dog owner. Dog trainers excel at their instructions and more importantly, with their hands on work involving dogs and owners. These trainers are devoted to their mission--making it possible to have happy doggies and owners.

Had an appointment for my dog to undergo an assessment to determine if she had the temperament to be able to the job. Unfortunately she doesn't, but the process was a positive one. My dog wasn't overwhelmed by the assessment even though she wasn't a fan.

Glenda & the other trainer did an awesome job explaining everything and explaining the program. When the time is right we will be using their organization to get a service dog for a family member.

Handi-dogs is a wonderful program that offers a low cost way which allows people to train their own service dog. I helped a family member train a dog and it turned their live around. The service dog has helped them get out of the house and be independent in a way that they never thought would be possible again. I enjoyed the classes and training so much that it was bittersweet when our dog graduated and got it's vest.

We’re very happy with our choice in training professionals. Bentley is thriving and is well on his way to being my trained service dog.

Had many questions about getting an emotional support going for a family member. They were able to answer all my questions and point me in the right direction. They were so nice, patient and knowledgeable.
