We had Brian Hargis out today to inspect our crawlspace for mold. 10/10 recommend him and his company! He was personable and professional! My kids even commented on how nice he was after he left! He explained everything that was going on I’m thorough detail and helped me to understand without making me feel dumb. He took his time in the crawlspace and made sure to check over every inch and took photos. No detail left out. We are so appreciative of him and the job that he did for us today!

After months of debating whether or not my home was actually having foundation issues, a couple of friends recommended that I reach out to the Crack Guys for an estimate / evaluation of what may be happening. Chris Cooke was the inspector. He was very thorough and very detail oriented. His explanation of what was taking place around my house made perfect sense. We were between a rock & a hard spot, when another company told us days before starting work and a down payment made, they would not be able to do the work to our crawl space (broken joists and mold). To the rescue came “The Crack Guys aka Affordable Foundation & Repair” to the rescue. John Davenport did the inspection called and discussed in detail, what he had found. John is top notch and super to work with! Delivered a fair proposal and put us on their calendar. Kelly from the office is also ah~mazing helping to coordinate everything and even calling us to see if they could start on our replacement and repairs in crawl space earlier than scheduled- (Heck Yeah)!! Tristan was the Foreman with the crew doing the work. They were thorough, professional and they worked an extra day to ensure all was done right and with near perfection considering what they had to deal with. They have all followed up with us since finished the job. What an amazingly better experience than the first company who backed out. Thank you, John, Tristan, and Kelly @The Crack Guys. TJ and Drew were fantastic. They were very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. By the end of the consultation I had a full understanding of my situation and felt that all questions I had were answered with confidence. I definitely recommend the cracks guys. We had to have our crawlspace redone and got lots of quotes. The crack guys were the best priced BY FAR and also incredibly kind. John was so great to work with and his team was wonderful. It looks amazing now!

Had a pretty major project done and the whole experience was top notch. The initial inspection with Lance was really thorough and caught some things others had missed. Anne made scheduling and payment really easy. She and Lance worked with me to make a good plan that met my budget. Crew #1 (Lyno and Francisco) were on time, did great work, and were very polite and professional. Definitely recommend The Crack Guys.

Brian came out for an inspection and quote and he was absolutely top notch. He took his time. He was thorough and careful. He was highly articulate and communicated all the details clearly.
