In all honesty, their customer service is terrible! Especially ahen it come to correcting mistakes on their end . I’ve been reaching out to them for about a month now trying to get information corrected in my account and the ladies in the front offices and the back have continually showed me disrespect and attitudes. They go around the situation and tell me they couldn’t do anything about it and when i called the number they gave me it was in fact a problem they could have been solved at the office. When I explained that to them it was like they didn’t like being corrected and had an attitude about that.

I know you here ALOT of bad things about DHR, and how they just come in with nasty attitudes just putting stress in your life but I think I had to be blessed with my case working Mr. McQueen! He has really been here for me and my family from the start I think they close at 5pm he drove to mobile and waited with me for hours and stayed till about 10:30 you talking about a long day but he was nothing but kind, and understanding that's understandable, we need more people like him around the world that go to work because they love seeing a difference and for that I will be forever grateful to him and the DHR of brewton I say just relax and do what your supposed to and EVERYTHING will be fine your in good hands.

Considering all of the bad things that is normally said about DHR I just wanted to take the time to say Mrs. Watson my case worker has been nothing but very helpful and professional to me. She always has such a great attitude and I appreciate everything that she does for me.
