Everything about this company SUCKS. They are unorganized, payments are always released at random times, the staff is incompetent and RUDE.. I could go on. They’ll probably see my review and retaliate by delaying my payment. They’ve done this before because my forms were delayed in transit. If I didn’t have to deal with them I wouldn’t. Terrible all around. Thanks for being so unhelpful and so professional.

I’m so thankful that I came this organization. I have gotten so many resources in preparation of opening a daycare. I absolutely love working with Mariana, she was so helpful from my first phone call taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything so thoroughly. She even returned my calls and goes out of her way to help. I also met Peggy at one of the classes offered by child action and she was just amazing! The amount of experience that this woman has is such a treasure! Both Mariana and Peggy answered countless of my questions and more to come ☺️

My case worker was olga. She is the worst. Was not clear about the steps I needed to take. Told me one thing than say another. I didn't get approved because of her mistake! I'm going to have to struggle again until I can reapply again in July. Olga is the worst!

Had an great experience working with Mariana. She was extremely helpful during the process and made the process easy. Her guide, knowledge, and experience helped make this achievement obtainable. She was always available to answer any questions and has lots of experience with children and gave great recommendations. Very friendly, approachable, and professional. I'm very satisfied to have worked with such an excellent coordinator.

I am a child care provider. I have gotten paid consistently. It is a big help for both the parents ability to afford child care and for me to afford to feed the child while he's in my care. I am glad that there is this program. It benefits the child too.
