The trails that where much of the appeal are in ruins and spread disease to residents because they have chosen to trust all of their tree work to landscapers that have spread disease destroying entire mile long sections of urban forests

This suburban neighborhood, Gold River, is located in Rancho Cordova. It is probably the best area to live near Sacramento, CA. Gold River has many villages. Each one is more beautiful then another. Clean, quiet and very green community.
