This apartment complex has been a nightmare. From terribly loud and obnoxious neighbors that the landlord does nothing about, to our building falling apart at the seams, it's not worth the mental strain of living here. The manager does not do his job. He admitted to taking two months to filing our move out paperwork, and never filed our mail forwarding request. It took them three months to get us our deposit back despite constant calls and emails, saying they're "working on it". We had to ask the manager to open the mailbox when we finally were able to pick up our deposit, and there was all three months of mail. The CHIP company never responds to emails or calls either, so there's no point in trying to get higher up help. We had to fix several things ourselves because maintenance either didn't respond or didn't show up. The carpet was so old the staples cut up my feet when I walked over the strip, they never responded to our request to have it changed, and tried to have us pay a 350 carpet cleaning fee upon move out. I'm so happy to be out of this place and I would never recommend it to anyone.
