The people that worked there decided to have some dog in there walking around on a leach the dog came up to me and was super excited and I tried to reassure them it was OK and I didn't mind and the one lady was saying move please, move, MOVE THEN proceeded to tell me to leave. If you don't want the animals to come up to people maybe you shouldn't have them in your store!!!! I was baffled by the way I was treated I will never return here on the customer service alone. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just great for browsing and finding things that you didn't know that you wanted

Was excited to check this store out for the first time last Saturday to find a chair for my daughter. We arrived 20 minutes BEFORE they closed to see what they had. When we parked by the front window, we saw 2 employees running up from further back in the store. As we are walking to the door, one of the employees shut off the open sign and the other hurried to lock the doors. I knocked on the door to see if we could enter and the employee with the septum piercing opened the door and said, "we just closed". I said, "your sign says open for another 20 minutes ". She laughed and said, "no, we've been slow so we just closed early". We saw them laughing in the store as we were leaving. Unbelievably unprofessional!

I always go here for cute clothes!! Other reviews say the layout is a bit odd, but that's mainly because it's a large store. The furniture is a hit or miss, same with most thrift stores lol. It's incredibly well-maintained and is run by people who live in the town! They've got a house cat that roams around, (Ivy) and she's actually quite sweet. They have wonderful areas for younger kids stuff. Changing rooms are gender-neutral. Revenue stays local <3 They've also got a small garden on the outside and do a food pantry as well. The staff here have always been kind and quick. Price tags may be lost or missing, but staff are happy to check for you!! Lots of amazing deals, "If you can fit it in this brown paper bag, you've only got to pay $5".

Says it is open till 5. Not true, it is 4 and the doors are locked. Not good business practice. 2 other people were pulling out when I pulled in. Guess I will go check out the other thrift stores in town.

On the website it says it's open until 5pm. Nobody wants to work after 4pm. I went to go pick up furniture by the register section. When asked why it says on website open until 5pm. The woman said "sorry this side (register section) is closed, the other side is open". How can you close the register section and have the rest of the store open. LOL 😄

Pricing is good as long as it's not furniture. $40 for a bedside table, $60 for a set of 4 dinning room chairs. I could go on. They get this stuff for free. Do not shop here for furniture.

Seriously the best st. Vinnies I have ever been to. Great prices, lots of unique items. Oh and there are kittens. Yes kittens, ready to be adopted from the humane society. And yes you can hold them (you'll have to let the staff help you though)
