my review is specifically regarding Kris + their auto loan programs. She was extremely unpleasant to work with, she was very cold. she needs to be retrained on empathy + compassion or find a different career. i’ve worked with cap services in the past + never encountered anyone like Kris. in the past, everyone was extremely helpful and most importantly kind. it appears to be a new era at cap services where you’re treated poorly even during a time of need + that is unfortunate for our community. even if i don’t qualify for the program, i still deserved to be treated with respect + dignity. Kris did the opposite of that. She would be a better fit at a bank processing loan requests Not cap services.
