I am happy with the staff most of the time. I do believe there is much room for improvements in following policies, upkeep and repairing the homes. I have a loved one that is placed in their care. I feel most of the time he is being very well cared for. He loves the staff, therefore he feels he is being treated well under their care. I can not speak for how they handle the business side of things.

Unresponsive to questions or concerns. they do not address issues with roommates, leaving issues for the family to iron out.And, then you ask yourself why they are getting paid when you do the work. Not very respectful to participants. Roommates are not screened well nor matched well regarding functional and skill level.
