My husband and I were in the area on a lunch date, so we decided to take a so in to see what we could find.
The parking is a little off to the side of where you pull in but is accessible to anyone.
Is a large, clean store. Has a restroom available to customers and large isles to shop in.
We had stayed in the store longer than we thought we would be due to all the different items they offered.
It's also pet friendly.
Over all it was a nice time to spend together.

I came here yesterday and was pleased by their selection. Unfortunately when we were checking out, there was an older lady (guessing she was a manager) screaming at her employees. She was doing this at the checkout lanes where everyone could hear. This is extremely unprofessional, and I hope your employee got the apology she deserved.

I purchased a new pair of jogging pants from here. I made sure to ask if they could be returned if they didn't fit my husband. I had to take them back because they were too big. The clerk sold them to me with the tag off.
When I returned them the clerk said she couldn't take them back because the tag was off ( it was in the pocket as it had been when I purchased them.) I told her that's how they were sold to me and I was told I could return them. I just needed a smaller size, so I asked if I could exchange them for a different size. Christy, who was the clerk, was rude and didn't hide her irritation from the second I showed her the jogging pants to the end when I told her the clerk checked me out with the tag unattached to the pants.

The fact that the store didn't try to rectify what mistake they made in the first place is greedy somehow. This store makes a lot of money off of donations. I can't tell you how many clothes I've donated there over the years, and the one time I purchase something, the store acts like I'm asking too much by asking for to exchange a purchase for a smaller size!
It's unexcusable.
I feel Goodwill has gotten more and more greedy because of the amount of money they make, and they don't try to accommodate the customer who has a receipt and purchased the item the day before.
A little higher quality customer service and appreciation would be nice since it's the community who donates to the Goodwill stores throughout the USA!
Goodwill needs to be a little grateful for those who donate, and they need to be appreciative to their customers.
Christy told the manager on duty about the situation. The manager only gave me a dirty look. She did not try to come out and offer an explanation or resolution.
Those of you who need to return or exchange something, make sure the tag is on before you leave the store and when you take into the store.

Melanie and I are out and about today 2-21-20 made a stop here at this Goodwill. Got a few things in the basket and took some pictures. They had this store set up nicely . 😁

They seem to clear out their knicknac, books and dishes shelves quickly, 1/2 the shelf can be bare spaces, which is disappointing. However, they have beautiful displays in clothing which include better clothing and home decorating items. I'll always stop to see what's new.

The place smelt like sewage today. Lots of bare racks and shelves. A lot more pricey than other Goodwill stores in the area. Will not be shopping this location any more.

Asked for a super cool frame when it didn't have a price and they gave a $20 tag!! What a scam this goodwill is!! I DO NOT recommend going here!

I’ve shopped and donated to this location, but no more. I unloaded the car myself. Apparently the donation itself was an issue though because it required an additional cart to bring in. I received an exasperated sigh and a grimace instead of a thank you. Shopping here isn’t much better. There are friendlier locations elsewhere in town that won’t make you feel like a bother.
