Why don’t you just not allow people in if their card didn’t work? Why further penalize people for a YMCA. You all are money hungry businessmen with a few workers who actually care about community. My card was stolen and I had a ton of accounts to switch and forgot about the Y, now I’m canceling my membership instead of paying stupid late fees. Very few companies do this, most just stop their service till paid again. Do better, be better. The world needs money right now, dumbest way to take it from people. I have some friends who vouch to never return cause their accounts are up to $300 to come back! For what?!! SCAM, if someone couldn’t afford to pay just refuse them, don’t rob them.

Good equipment and facilities, but hard to get around when locker rooms are in the basement floor and most of the other rooms are on the main floor.

First visit. Best YMCA ever. Huge facility in top notch condition. The locker rooms were incredible and luxurious. This place has incredible kids facilities. Parking in the ramp was very nice and free to boot. They even provide towels.

I called about a summer school enrollment issue and talk to Jenna, absolutely delightful. I was so stressed when I called and by the time I hung up there was so much weight off my shoulders, she was incredible. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me sort things out, it's been a while since I had someone in customer service do that and it meant the world to me.

Excellent facility. They have 3 pools, 2 gyms, plenty of workout stuff, track, locker rooms for various ages, and really nice play area for young kids (birth to 10). The only negatives are the cramped/slow traffic flow in the parking ramp and the lack of coaches for the sports. I would rather pay more for a membership or program and have a guaranteed paid coach versus the ongoing struggle to find last minute volunteer coaches.
