Yeah it's great...I flew in from overseas Durning the covid. To get a open heart surgery done. . This is home while I heal up.. I rent month to month. Location is great.right next to the V.A.
Good area shopping is close by
People are mostly okay
Josh the manager is easy to work with.

Am 66 years old living on a veteran low-income pension. Was turned down for an apartment because I am TOO low-income. Doesn't matter. Didn't want to go back home to where I enlisted anyway. I just didn't want to be in below zero temperatures.

No suggestions to try other venues. Just 'you have too little income....bye.'
