Care more about money than actually helping people. A friend of mine was staying there, and he had asked Steve if he could pay part of the fee on the day they kicked him out, and the other part of the fee the following day. Steve ensured him that was fine, sent him to get a money order for the first half, and while my friend was on his way to get the money order, Steve texted my friend and said he couldn’t return.. over $385. The amount that my friend was going to pay within 2 days.. put this man, on the streets, with no where to go, with no warning, because they couldn’t wait a day to get the full payment. This place is a joke.

DONT GO TO THEM OF YOUR LGBTQA+

I went there when I was about to be homelesss. they said they would take me and did all the paperwork and everything told me i could move in but she needed to talk to the other staff. Two weeks go by without her her even returning my calls or anything. then she calls me and said she cant take me beause im trans. she said i ould go to the men's shelter. I said ok and then another three weeks with no communication and she calls me and said they couldnt take me because:
1. i didnt have a primer doctor: I did she was just a hour away in a big city so i just go to the clinic if i need something and what does that have to do with housing?

2. My meds: again doctor is a hour away so we communicate through emails and the apps and she was working on fixing my meds. No reason that should have deny me service.

3. Cant remeber the third reason but i belive its because i didnt have a bank account. Which is stupid there is banks just down the street i could easily have ran down and made a account.

This had nothing to do with any of thoses reason and because im trans! DO NO USE THEM IF YOUR LGBTQA+ !!!

They are wonderful people and very helpful. They gave me an opportunity to be in a great living situation and have a fresh start around good people. They have programs here for positive changes and budgeting and they were very accommodating after I had knee surgery. The only people that I see that would complain is someone not paying their program fees (rent) or someone who is still using (in active addiction) and of course that's not tolerated here by staff. Great place to live with cheap rent and great opportunities to better yourself if you want it.

This place will not help homelessness what they do is they allow you to live there for a little. Of time and then they kick you out of the place in the middle of winter and not even give you a month to find a different place they give you about maybe 10 to 15 days and they still your paychecks when you have a job they rip it right out of your hand basically and they tell your boss that they must hand over anything extra to them at cots that would be Jennifer the director at the women's cuts that pulled that stunt on a family member of mineand I also need to add that when my daughter came from work one day she walked into a puddle of water on the floor in the building roof was leaking

I was considering this but head person who runs this circus will say one thing, keep raising the bar. My example, needed help budgeting after divorce, made much recovery alone, in time. Cindy said I could have my Volvo SUV there, with proof of insurance. When I provided proof, she wanted me sell my vehicle with new tires, take bus for specific, mindless position, shed have power as payee. Everyone working for her does exactly, like a dictatorship. She knew I was higher functioning, somehow viewed me as a threat, less than 5 hours, clean record, no drug issues. She wants mindless souls, offended if u mention God, creates all her drama menopause.

Hate that I have to live here but grateful they took me in when times were tough. Counselors will talk to your PO, good overall living conditions for people in need though.
