Came around 2:30pm and the doors was locked. Knocked on door for about two minutes before the rude ‘security guard’ finally came and said they have an hr wait and they are not letting no one in because they close at 4pm and by the time they handle the people waiting inside it would be closing time. Technically Your open till 4pm not 3:30 so more ppl could of came in or waited. Like I said nasty rude fake security. Get it together

Came into this office on a Thursday over lunch for my name change and the process was so easy! I checked in at the kiosk after my bag was searched by security, was given a number, and was called up after waiting maybe 3 minutes. I completed my name change application beforehand which helped speed up the process. The woman at the desk was super friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Will definitely be back to this location in the future.

Very disappointing!!!!
Why are there 4 windows, but has only one functioning, as multiple voices and laughs are being heard in the background? Why are we wasting tax dollars like this? What are the public officials doing about this unprofessionalism? Disgusting attitudes too!

Pathetic experience. Rude Security Guard. Supposedly you have to wait outside and you don't deserve to be let in while waiting for your turn. Only one person works inside. So if you'd like to ridicule yourself, better come as early as you can. They don't care. Even if you're here at 2:30 pm or 3 you'll barely make it.

I went up to the Social security office. it was a horrible experience. Individuals were walking up to the agents without waiting their turn. Folks were making a public spectacle by yelling at the agents. The security guard had to ask one person to wait his turn, It was a disturbing display of people illustrating no patience to wait for their number to be called upon. There was NO sign posted in the front to advise people to wait to be called upon either. For the record the security deserves a raise he is doing the best he can trying to keep an eyes on the door and the over 30 ppl waiting to be seen by an agent.
