The staff are very professional, responsive, kind, and compassionate. The residents appear to be well cared for and happy. Every time I have visited, there is has been an activity, and the residents were very engaged. I have recommended friends and family to consider Brenwood for their loved one.

When we moved my mom into Brenwood 2 years ago we were happy with her accommodations. The last 9 months before moving her out things declined drastically. Food was burned much of the time, which is hard for elderly to eat. Very short staffed for the amount of residents. Call lights always going off for long periods of time. Many times nighttime insulin would not of been given if my mom wasn’t aware that she needed it. Medications were also not given at timely intervals. I also witness staff being unprofessional, yelling and swearing at each other a couple of times.
I unfortunately would advise looking elsewhere for your loved one’s care.

I would highly suggest not placing your loved ones in this facility. My grandmother was here and it was nothing but a terrible experience. There were nights that call lights went unanswered as well as staff seen being rude to each other and the residents. My grandmother would go extended amounts of time without a shower and we’d have to come in and bathe her. We are relieved to have found her a new home to be in that provides her with much better care.

Brenwood assisted living is a very cute and homelike environment. The staff goes above and beyond for the residents and great quality care is their top priority. I highly recommend this community.

My mom was here for a few months for assisted living and then hospice care. The staff are all so wonderful. Very caring, compassionate, great communication, and respectful. Christine and Angel were a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely recommend for short or long term stays.

My Mother received kind compassionate care and loved the entire staff. She loved the meals, and the kind caregivers, who made her feel special. When I raised an issue, (of which there were very few) they were resolved in a timely manner. I myself got to know the staff and really appreciated each and every one of them! We felt blessed that she was able to live there.

We had our dad in Brenwood for one horrible month. Neglect, verbal abuse and constantly short staffed is what I personally experienced. I highly suggest a camera be put in your loved ones room so you can see for yourself. You can get one on amazon cheap and hook it up to their wifi. When a staff member says, "I wish someone would call and report us" that's how bad it is. Caretakers with 8 hours of training have no business working there. The stress of missed meals, missed medication, staff lying and arguing with my dad was incredibly stressful. They also daily would refuse to help him up and offer any kind of support. The quality of the food can best be described as not fit for a dog. Please don't put your loved one in here.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Brenwood Park for 2 months and we have been very pleased with the facility, administration/office staff, activities and care that she has received during that time. From the warm, inviting fireplace in the entryway/gathering area to her cozy apartment, Brenwood Park is a comfortable environment in which to live. The friendly and caring staff is consistently attentive to her needs. I would highly recommend BP to anyone looking for an assisted living for their loved one.
