The service agency was good when I had my policy in Minnesota. Now that I’m moving to Wisconsin, I called to update insurance and get Wisconsin insurance, it’s been a horrible experience. Was told I would get a call back and never received one regarding a quote to change insurance. Insurance was great and now it appears I have to go with another provider because this place failed to call me back with a quote. Never received a email either.

The service agency in general, and lately Kristine, have been a steadying and invaluable asset to our business. They have always been our go-to for the best information about our insurance needs at New Gild Jewelers, and, helping us to get good value in addition to good coverage!

We consider them absolutely trustworthy, and again, very helpful. In the past, on a few rare occasions, we've needed to make a claim--and they were there for us!
