Before A Late Fee And Collections.

Yet They Screwed My Credit Rating. And Told No! On A $4,000 Loan.

For A Used Truck.

Our CD is up for renewal. I can't reach anyone by phone to schedule an appointment and will need to drive to the closest branch to schedule something in person. Not returning messages and excessive hold times make it difficult to continue with them.

Friendly staff that actually care about you. I stopped in just to make a deposit and the teller got me into a better savings account when I didn't realize I could be making more interest. Nice to see them actually looking out for the best interests of their customers!
