Dingy, dark and unsecured. Attempted to contact Neil multiple times multiple ways to reschedule the appointment he stood me up for, no reply. Don't expect anyone to show up if you make an appointment to tour the place.

I’m looking for a co-working space in Canton Anna reached out over a month ago via voice message, email and sending an online inquiry. No one responded. However, when I left a message on the Facebook page asking of the business was open, I did receive a response and the person responding said they never received any of my messages. I messaged them via Facebook messenger and include a screenshot of the email I sent verifying my attempt to contact them. That portion of my message was disregard it but I asked for an appointment for 10 AM on Monday, September 27. After not receiving a response to the time request, I sent a confirmation message about a week ago and received one back confirming my appointment for today. I arrive to the co-working space a little early and no one was there. No big deal, my appointment wasn’t until 10 so I thought I would call to let them know I was there. No one answered so I left another voice message and then sent a message via Facebook letting them know that I was there. Nothing. No response and no one showed up for my appointment. I waited for 20 minutes.

From the looks of things, it didn’t appear like anyone was utilizing the space. I am confused as to how this company stays in business as it doesn’t respond to potential customers and does not show for scheduled and confirmed appointments. I understand emergencies come up but they have multiple ways to reach me and, if an emergency had occurred that prohibited them from meeting with me today, they should have let me know.

I’m going to take this as a sign and look for alternative coworking spaces. If it is this challenging to get a response for them and for them to hold a commitment before I signed up to use the space, I can’t imagine what it would be like once I’ve signed a contract with them. I’m guessing this is why no one was using the space today when I was waiting.

Awesome place for remote workers and those looking for a collaborative environment. The location is in the heart of downtown Canton so after work you can cool off at one of many local stops. There is a solid internet connection available, plenty of conference locations and a decent view.
