Be careful this company will take advantage of elderly people and take the homes illegally. They have two separate lawsuits that are coming to them currently. One is my mother in law who they committed fraud on. And yes I have proof of this. I'm not going to stop until they pay for what they did. Taking away childhood homes just to satisfy there pockets is sickening.

This company discusses me!!!!! They search obituaries and try to connect the property to family members. Looking for a way to get the almighty dollar. Within a couple of days of my mother passing, Eunice reached to me inquiring about the property. I was shocked, from the call. Right now, we have NO intentions in selling the property. My mom has just passed away, I told her. I also said to her, Not to call again about the property. This time she calls my sister and even mentions to my sister that she had a previous conversation about the property. My sister asked her several times as to how she retrieved the information on the property. Finally, she did mention that they search obituaries and then Google family members. HOW DISGUSTING...... Eunice, Office Manager Perla Lopez and Naomi Contreras Branch Manager, you are all should be ashamed. ZERO CLASS.....So, if this is the way the upper management has their staff look up properties, shame on you. Even if we were needing to sell our property, your company would be the very last place we would consider!!! We know that you are only chasing the almighty dollar and don't care for the families feelings. Not that I wish it on anyone (losing a parent) but when you do, you will maybe understand what we are going thru.

Beware of this shady business. They apparently try to take advantage of people who are in vulnerable situations to profit. I found one of your realtors snooping around my property.

I will never sell my property through someone who is so dishonest and shady.

I don’t know who told you you have the right to enter my property without my permission. Why would anyone think it’s ok to go snooping around without the owners permission?. There was a woman there, brown curly hair and she was with someone who had a bolt cutter!!! Woman said that she was working with elite properties and she had a shirt on with your logo, and she was standing there with someone who is carrying a bolt cutter. I can only imagine why a realtor would be standing with someone who’s holding a bolt cutter. They were there for several minutes, and it seemed they gave up after my neighbour spotted them, you obviously were trying to get into my property. This is so shady.

And by the way that’s not how you make business, unless you believe in predatory practices. If you do, shame on you.
Back to the bolt cutter?!!

What were they planning on doing with that?

Stay away unless you want to face legal action.
