Mrs Jackson was amazing. Had me in and out in literally 5 mins. Best experience I ever had at the as security office. Would recommend using this office and going through Mrs Jackson for all your needs. Best part is I didn’t even have an appointment and every thing was smooth. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The Gadsden, AL office has got to be the best. When my wife and I have called to ask questions, as well as to get our mailing address changed, the service has been fantastic. The personnel is friendly and efficient. Thanks for your help, Gadsden!

For the past 2 months I have had the pleasure of dealing with 6 individuals by telephone in the Gadsden Office on numerous occasions; I can only identify them as:

Ms. Tisha Jackson
Ms. Dean
Ms. Brookshire
Thomas Matthews
Lisa
Joe

The Gadsden Office is approximately 2 hours from my home and the Albertville Office is less than an hours a drive; however, I choose to deal with the Gadsden office just because I know I will get honest and immediate answers from courteous and respectful individuals. Unfortunately I have not received the same treatment from the telephone or personal encounters that I have had with from the Birmingham and Albertville offices. The Gadsden staff has definitely “raised the bar” of service!

I have never found a group of more helpful and dedicated individuals in my dealings with any other company or entity than I received from these individuals; they were attentive and made sure all of my questions were addressed. Obviously, they are professionals who enjoy their work!

They are to be commended not only for a job well done, but also for the manner in which they do their job! Because of the courtesies extended to me by these dedicated workers, the Gadsden Office will always be “special” in my book!

The people of Northern Alabama are fortunate to have such a compassionate and caring group ready to serve them in their dealings with Social Security. And, their excellent service speaks highly of the Manager ( Mr. Kelton Brown) as they reflect directly upon him as a individual; keep up the good work!

it should not be as hard as it is to get ahold of and get what you need from ssi. People use their money for certain things and it’s hard when u don’t recieve that money and can’t figure out why

I only wish I had gone in person whenI filed instead of online as this office was exceptionally helpful. Hopefully the hold up will be resolved soon since that was beyond the scope of what the gentleman could do since I filed online. Would recommend using this office.

Rude employees indeed. The information online for obtaining a new card for a child is not exactly straightforward so I called this office to verify. One man said I need shot records, SS5 form, and birth certificate.. that was yesterday. Ok, today I drive to the office and call asking if I can hand the paperwork to someone (I’m not mailing the original birth certificate that took me 8 months to get it). An employee named Willie answered and told me that only the supervisor was in the building and refuses to see anyone. First of all, every time I tried to speak to Willie I got interrupted. Secondly, Willie told me the shot records are no good that I need to have a letterhead with my child’s pediatrician verifying this and that to send in. Does any employee know what they are doing or do they just not care? I don’t appreciate getting the run around over documents the government requires my child to have. I’ll send in what I have and if there’s a problem I will be speaking to someone’s boss and it will not be pleasant.
