This outlet store is unprofessional, unreasonable and biased. On multiple occasions the management has allowed bullying, harassment, name calling, profanity as well as verbal & physical abuse from other shoppers. When the issues are brought to management’s attention they remain biased and reprimand who they decide is the bad guy, not the person who actually caused the issues. The young men who huddle in the corner together fail to abide by the shopping rules and think they run the store. The management allows their behavior. Pushing, shoving, name calling, not standing behind the line and throwing clothes at other customers is something you’ll experience if you shop here. Management also authorizes use of drugs (marijuana) on the front step at the entrance. When brought to managements (Dan’s) attention he say that it’s “legal”. Not to mention the manager (Dan) is standing on the front steps directly next to these shoppers as they smoke marijuana and he still doesn’t tell them it’s not allowed.

There is a lot going on at this St. Vincent DePaul building on Bank St. You see it on your right when you are zipping by on I-75, or maybe getting on a northbound entrance ramp. Looks like a corporate headquarters building. But it is a charitable pharmacy, where people can get life saving prescription medications when they are having trouble getting meds for all the different reasons people have trouble: extremely expensive drugs, in between insurance plans, insurance doesn't cover it, etc. There is also a Food Pantry. There is a place where you can get online and look for a job. They can help you apply for Medicaid, Medicare, or Marketplace Insurance. All in a nice clean new building downtown with a parking lot! St. Vincent DePaul is not just a thrift store....
