Give a zero if could. Tried to contact the person who handles free eye exams for Prevent Blindness OH three times with no success. First time I called person was not in for the day but of as assured of call back. That did not happen. I called the next day and spoke with the person handling who was late getting into office assured of prompt callback . That did not happen. Left message for call back. No response. Giving up these guys truly do not care. Give this department a zero with Capital Z

I am a full-time caregiver to my husband who is on a hospital bed. Thank you for visiting us, wonderful Nurse Betsy, and giving us a COVID booster. Thanks also for giving David a flu shot. This service is so vital for people who find it hard to leave their home. Many might not even have the technology available to leave a review saying how needed, valuable, and important this service is. We appreciate you!!!!!

Inept. I submitted an application duly completed along with a check and self addressed envelope for a certified copy of my moms death certificate. It was a couple of weeks after her death.

Instead of the certificate, I received in the mail my original check, completed form in the self addressed envelope with a sticky note that said "This record is not ready"

Really? What kind of thought process would make that seem like a good idea?

Then how about at least using a little more ink and telling me when it would be ready? Or do we play return mail tag until it is ready? Or even more intelligently how about if you hold on your desk until it is ready. It's sad how pitiful our government is run versus private sector.

Very friendly and understanding and helpful to new residents, home builders and remodelers. They understand the importance of the building up of the their county including all townships under that umbrella. Since I live in Clinton county i will have to relove, remake and resell a home in my community because I happen to like my community too. But will give clermont county another home that another great family can enjoy.

They charge you $42 for a septic tank inspectionAnd if you happen to not be home they charge you another $45 to come out and if you happen to not be home they charge you another $45 to come out what a scam
