I absolutely love this dentistry for my children. The dental hygienist is amazing and so good with the kids. Both the dentist there make them so comfortable! And Theresa at the front desk she's the best with reminders and notes! 10 out of 10 experience

We have been going to Clermont Pediatric dental for many years, we have been there through all the changes, at this present day I absolutely love Clermont Pediatric dental. Dr. Fait is amazing and great with children. She is very personable and provides great education on oral health. All the staff at Clermont Pediatric Dental are wonderful and welcoming.It is Hard to find great staff and high quality care , you get both here!

Absolutely wonder staff. I took my 19 month old toddler in for his first dental visit. The dentist and hygienist were so great. Nothing but smiles and friendly greetings from the front desk when we checked in until we exited the building!

They are wonderful up there at the Dental with my child She gets scared and nervous but they make things feel not so scary for her . Plus the lady at the front she is super nice and helpful! Great place to bring your littles and even your big kids.

My son is ten and has been going to this dentist office since his first dental check up. I use to love this office because they allowed you to go back with your child, where as several other dental offices does not. However, the last couple times I have called about getting him an appointment and about self pay options/ insurance, the receptionist has been very rude. Needless to say my child has a new dentist, where the staff is very friendly and willing to address my questions.

Terrible. It's a pediatric dentist office, but there are no toys or coloring books in the lobby to keep children busy while they are waiting for their appointment. This really made my daughter upset because i was filling out paperwork, but there was nothing for her to do, so she started crying even before her appointment. Also, I was in the lobby at our appointment time, but by the time i got my daughter to walk up to the desk, it was one minute past our appointment time and the person at the desk used a slightly scolding tone and told me that i was running late.
My daughter is 2 years old and this was her first appointment. Even though we had talked about the dentist and told her what they do, she was still nervous when she sat in the chair. My daughter wouldn't open her mouth for the dentist to look at her teeth and the dentist acted really put out by this and it showed through her body language and tone of voice. The dentist didn't seem to connect well with my daughter(i've seen strangers without children form a quicker connection with my daughter better than this dentist). It seemed to me that they had never really treated a 2 year old before, but i know that can't be true. I wasn't happy at all with the office and attitudes of the staff. I don't care if this is the only place in our area that takes our insurance. I'll pay out of pocket for a better pediactric dentist office that is geared towards children and staff that actually know how to be patient and work with children.

The ladies at Clermont Dental are all so very nice to everyone. I've seen them while sitting in the waiting room. Impressed at their kindness to a room of screaming kids and everyone in between. Thanks
