I haven't heard back from them. I have never asked for anything from anyone. My husband and I are retired and he was diagnosed with throat cancer. He has to go through chemo and radiation treatments in Cleveland. They are 5 days a week for 6 to 7 weeks. I went up to ask for gas cards. It will cost about $125. To $140. a week for gas and parking is 6 to 8 dollars a day. We were hoping to get some help but they didn't even ask why we were asking for help. We have worked our whole life and just were asking for a little help

Disorganized organization!! Called for help when we got a 3 day notice to pay. Called twice a day afterwards, only to leave messages and barely any call backs. Call backs had no information for us, still needed looked at. After 3 1/2 weeks still NOTHING, got evicted. Will NEVER call or suggest anyone to look to them for help. They are a horrible organization that just keeps you hanging on while actually doing NOTHING!!

Do not use Angelica. She is not honest, she does not like to do her job, like answering her phone talking, to for client. She gets paid to much for what very little she does

This is the place to come for any man that has a problem with alcohol or drugs. They will pay any local motel for at least a month so you have a safe place to drink and do drugs. Don't call just go there and they will help you. You don't even have to be from the Ashtabula area. Make sure you spread the word to everyone that Cathokic charities in Ashtabula will pay for your motel expenses! You can even get a place with a pool so your not out baking in the sun with no place to cool off. The police dept told me themselves that they love to help those in need. Not women though.

When I was homeless they would not help me obtain a home because I did not have identification once I obtained identification and had a home I was refused their services to assist me in more affordable housing I was told they only help the homeless however I know for a fact they help many people in recovery live in sober living which I applaud however I too am in recovery (11 months) trying to live a better life and I've been refused Catholic charity services at every turn. I still prevailed they should not get to pick and choose who they help charity is just that charity. It does not come out of the employees pocket. You do not have to like the client. I understand I was not likable at the point of my need at the beginning but I assure you I am more than Worthy and I have prevailed no thanks to Catholic Charities

Nicole was excellent. She spent 3 hours with me, explaining Guardianship 1st Annual report. She was extremely knowledgeable about Guardianship rules and regulations for Ohio. She helped me complete the paper work that was necessary for the courts approval. I can't say enough about her help, knowledge, professionalism and and patience. Thank you so much for helping me through the process, which was accepted and approved by the Judge.
