Community action I can't thank enough. Very respectful hard working and on time. Every one of the guys went above and beyond. I truly appreciate everyone of you. We had a unexpected health emergency that drastically reduced our income. I applied for assistance to help us get through a difficult time. The ladies that assisted me were very kind and friendly to me as well as sympathetic to my circumstances. While waiting (for my appointment time) I did witness a client get irate over a document they needed they didn't have. The employees are human too and only going by the specific guidelines that are set. When you fill out a application or call for a appointment all the documents needed are clearly listed or verbally told to you.

I signed up for the Weatherization program this year. I couldn’t be happier! Not only was my furnace replaced, but I am also getting a new refrigerator, blown in insulation, gas valve for my stove, proper venting for my hot water heater and even new light bulbs. Great quality and installation. From the office staff, to the inspector and installers were awesome!!!! Respectful, knowledgeable, kind and caring. What a wonderful program.

They help people in need, I for one am truly grateful for places such as these. They payed on my Electric bill one year... I went in asking only if I qualified for an air conditioner cause of health conditions. I left crying, I was so shocked and grateful for the extra help they offered on my bill. Can't thank them enough, God bless these wonderful people. I appreciate that they were there during the hard times. Thank you! 🙏💗

Like most experiences with service agencies, the workers are overloaded and lost all kindness for humanity. Rude receptionists are not something people in need should have to deal with. I gave a ride to a friend in need and if anyone was that rude to me without a counter between us, there'd be issues.
