no customer friendly at all. Did an upgrade with credit card payment and no charging there member more money for paying online or with a credit card. This makes absolutely no sense at all. The only way to get around the extra charge is to either come in and pay via cash or check or use a drop off. Not convenient at all for your members. As a business I would be ashamed of the inconvenient change.

Probably the worst utility service to deal with. Can't pay with a bank account which is the only utility service I've ever known that doesn't accept it. The online pay by card is clunky and can be unreliable. If your water gets turned off because you forgot, which can happen, they won't call you or notify you in any way. You'll just come home to a flag in your yard and have to wait till the next day. Oh and they'll charge you both ways to turn it on and off. If you had the choice between these guys and any other means of water, I would highly suggest the second option.

I went in to the office to set up a payment plan to get back on track and correct the errors that where made and the lady's in the office were very nice and helpful, they are willing to work with you just make the effort I was greatly surprised

Does not inform their customers when they are turning off or lowering water pressure, not even anything on their webpage or Facebook.. Their lack of respect or appreciation for their customers really shows.. I just wish they had to go through what they put their customers through.. also wish president would see comments made about his company and at least try to show they care..
