They treated my father horribly. He was locked up in a ward where he didn't belong and because he had had a stroke and was relearning to talk they just ignored him when he couldn't get the words out he needed. Also was put on medications he didn't need to be on and not given meds that he actually needed. Then when his 20 days were coming to an end and he would have to pay out of pocket they got angry when my brother pulled him out of there. They didn't send him home with any instructions and didn't want to answer questions when asked why certain meds were given. 10 outta 10 wouldn't recommend for anyone who doesn't have someone there to constantly speak up for them. Within 24 hours of being out of the home my father started coming out of his fog and could talk better, walk better, and just plain felt better.

Our son has been a resident here for nearly 4 yrs. At first we were really upset as it seemed he was not getting the care he needed. He had a massive hem stroke nearly 4 yrs ago so is basically helpless and can't talk. You must advocate for your loved one until you get results. His care has been very good. Yes at times it could be better but as a whole no complaints. The facility is spacious and we have had up to 20 people celebrating there at a time. Kids could run around on ground floor and not disturb others. Covid changed things but our only complaint is with physical therapy. It needs better staffing. Rest is good.

If your loved ones cannot speak for themselves they will be treated horribly and drugged to the point they are comatose so the nursing staff doesn’t have to do anything for them. Plus they will rob you blind by charging you for things that they NEVER do or use. I am thankful I got my Mom out of here but feel bad for the rest of the patients. DO NOT let your loved ones be placed in this place. It is truly Horrifiying. They really should get a zero out of 5 stars.

Took me a while to post this due to the emotions connected to it, but I was rather impressed. My grandmother ended up here after getting diagnosed with cancer and it taking too much out of her. Everytime I went to visit (post-covid so stuff was a bit awkward to do tbf) the staff was always friendly and helpful. Really nothing bad to say. She sadly passed away in December, but they made sure that during her final few months she was comfortable doing the best they could. I respect the morality of it in that regard.

I am glad I got my Mom out of this place, I felt she was mistreated horribly and could not speak for herself, she could only scream, and she did. No one should have to scream. I've seen better nursing homes where certain nurses' personalities work just fine with difficult patients. I also caught CNA's breaking rules, and they got by with what they could. The rooms are not clean enough. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I was really touched when seeing a nurse assistant sing to the residents. I could tell the residents really enjoyed her and she made them smile. I also saw another nurse aide hug her resident and tell her, "I love you." We should take the time to recognize special people like that.

The quality of care was not good. My dad was not given adequate care of a head wound which led to an infection that was not treated until I myself got him an appointment y at an outside clinic. They put beds against the wall and call button that did not work consistently.

Staff is wonderful.. I do have an issue with Becky. The fnp on the 4th floor. She is the one bad apple on the floor. She is very sneaky, and has been known to break confidentiality by standing close to patients without them knowing, so she can listen to see is she can get anyone in trouble.. very in appreciate I feel she needs to be forced on tr o
