I was very upset about being removed due to my wife's bipolar and other women making up stories about her. But this is a good sanctuary and Vince is a wonderful man. A couple of new staff could help..

The atmosphere here is very warm and joyful. The kids have fun playing together and is full of laughter. There are rules but are reasonable and easily to abide by.
I wanted to add that the Welcome House is nothing like it used to be. There is a new Executive Director as of Sept 2021. He and his staff will sit down and help you with any goals and assist with any issues stopping you from being independent. But it's not always and only about business and rules, they have fun and interact with the families. They have incentives while you are working on you and your family and not even realizing that you are doing work. No joke, these guys should have 5 houses around town to help more people at any given time.
