Although their launch in Houston has been up and down thus far, their management team has been quick to respond and secure a lifetime customer.

Sneakerheads, you know how it is these days, trying to get the latest gear while battling bots and praying for the W in raffles. It's a tough life.

Social status provides another option in the city of Houston to get your exclusive kicks.

Yes, they may have fumbled with the yeezy raffle by saying it was one day and changed it to another.

And yes just recently, because of rain, they made yet another change to the date-that may have left a lot of people out, who were depending on the information and made the choice to brave the weather and make it to Houston from another city.

But they also showed that they actually care and are willing to make adjustments to the benefit of their customers and that is something that cannot be ignored.

They have just started and are acclimating to the Houston climate and from what I've seen so far from their corporate and management team, these guys are going to be a staple here for the sneaker community.

Thank you Ted and his team here for their great service and support. We'll definitely be back for new kicks and that amazing service!

I went to a ticket raffle with 6 other people and none of us got a call that we won… Clearly they are operating in bad faith by selling pairs too their friends or people willing to pay to get selected. Making people scramble to locations to sign up for a chance to win just to sell out the back door. I don’t care if I ever get selected on any future drops, but don’t claim to be fair picking winners.

Poor customer service. You have a better chance with online raffles than going to the stores for releases because they back door sell all their products. This location is unfair and one of the lady staff that works there was rude to everyone. Went here for a release and she decided to cancel the release and not even sell the product the day of the release. She threaten to call the cops when there was no disturbance nor were we waiting at the store door. Literally the workers here are so entitled.

This place is great, but they have one major flaw. They do not allow returns and don't tell you until you comeback to return and item. Employees were very helpful and selection was great, but I found a better size and price online. When I went to return my pair I was turned away because they don't do repairs.
