Peaceful and not just quiet. Laughter and joking between staff and residents just like with the family. Staff gentle and respect their elders better than any other place I've ever seen. We all know our language and is heard here. That alone is priceless. Thank You staff for loving our elders.

Had my mom there for 2 months and got her out of there. Facility does NOT take care of residents clothing items....they get lost or given to someone else. Staff are Very unprofessional and rude! The lady that takes care of Finances Ilene is down right rude and lacks professionalism. The best thing I have done was to get my mom out of there! By all cost if you love your parents or grandparents DO NOT bring and leave them at this Chinle Facility....
