Emergency Service is horrible here! First put in a room with a chair that I highly doubt is cleaned or sanitized properly. Waited serveral hours for then to tell me my child has a viral illness and nothing can be done for it nor could they tell me the cause of it. I am sure I will be charged full amount for a visit and for what? The worse care I have ever recieved by medical personnel.

Emergency Room staff reacted quickly to my mom's crisis and monitored her very well throughout the time in that dept.! We felt very"attended to" Had to wait in ER for a bed on floor but nurse pulled in a regular hospital bed for my mom and recliner for me.
Once up on a floor my mom received excellent care. I especially was impressed by how two pharmacists came up to discuss a new medication (blood thinners) my mom was started on.

NEVER AGAIN! Go to Baylor Scott and White if you can! Was rushed here for a medical emergency last year and am STILL fighting with their billing department. Nobody know what they are talking about and makes you run in circles over and over.

Seton did not take my insurance information correctly both primary and secondary insurance.

Seton did not have my correct DOB while in the hospital. NOT one doctor or nurse asked me my DOB when taking vitals or administering medications. Otherwise it would have been fixed. I had to call each billing provider and have them fix my DOB to bill my Insurance’s correctly.

Seton did not bill me correctly for my correct release date and that is screwing up my secondary insurance which is supposed to pay me for bills based on how many days I was hospitalized.

They kept me alive which is good but the billing side is a complete disgrace.

Nice enough hospital. Got a CT scan and EKG done there. High ceilings, like a cathedral. Cold, A/C was on overdrive.
