We had a celebration of life service for my son who was a specialist in the Army and passed away. Because he was active duty they offered to work with me on the rental pricing, but we decided that we were going to double the usual fee as a donation to the facility for them being able to accommodate us with short notice. Douglas was amazing. He had everything set up so there would be an outdoor ceremony so the full honors that my son received would be able to be witnessed and the Sun as well as the gun salute he was given could be witnessed and heard first hand. The way they had the podium and everything set up was beautiful as well as the way they worked with the honor guard to set everything up. We reserved the facility from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., but had to be there earlier because the honor guard needed to be there to be able to set up and practice and scout out the facility and the landscape of the ground so they knew where and when to do what, and Doug made it a point to come in early as well to accommodate that with us as well. They had the kitchen available to us we had finger foods cheese trays fruit and veggie trays things like that, And they made sure that they had tables available for those to be set out as well as enough room for all of our guests. I chose this location because I drive past it everyday on the way to my youngest son's therapy, And it just seems very welcoming... And divide that it puts off is 100% correct. I will use this facility for anything and everything I can in the future birthday parties any celebrations just because of how amazing they were untreated my family and honored my son for his celebration of life ceremony.

UPDATED 10 October 2022: I love the way the Legion gives back to the community. I went today to donate blood to the American Red Cross.

Went here on Memorial Day to place flags at the graves of veterans. They were very friendly and thankful for people carrying enough to recognized our veterans.

They have a fundraiser every 2nd Sunday of the month. Endless pancakes, sausage, milk and orange juice. $5. And all the profits go to a good sauce.

Standing in line to vote. It's raining and miserable. Our wait will probably be at least 3 hours or more. City of Wake Forest should have trash cans, traffic control and port a potties out here.

I attended this place after a fallen brother's funeral, because that is where he used to hang out. The staff was friendly and the accommodations suited our needs.
