My mother of 98 years old loves it here! Everyone is so warm and welcoming. All concerns are addressed immediately!! They strengthened her walking abilities with PT, improving our lives. The activity staff is fantastic!! They added my dog Izzy as a therapy dog and the residents love her!!

My family has had a nice experience with staff at Warren Hills. Whenever you call them, they are there. They never say no and are so friendly. I chose them for my father's rehab again because they are so friendly. We had options for rehab facilities and I will always chose Warren Hills.

My 91 yr old father has been in the rehab for 19 days now. The staff is amazing. Always there to answer any questions. Returns my phone calls/emails promptly, speaks to the patients and residence whenever they cross paths with them, and always have a smile and postive word when passed in the hallways. The facility, though aged, is well maintained and clean. My father receives PT and OT everyday and he enjoys the time with them. For me, the staff is what makes or breaks a facility and Warren Hills has a great one. Thank you Kimberly, Raven, Frank, Breana, Jamie, Bianca....and so many others. I appreciate all you do. It is obvious you have a passion for what you do

Hard to give a review when I can't even get someone to answer the phone. It just rang for however long it takes for a phone to ring until it automatically hangs up. It's really sad when you're stuck putting your family member into a nursing home and they have mental deficiencies so they forget things like where they put their phone or whether or not they've charged it, or don't realize that it's dead, so you're required to call the facility to attempt to get someone to go check on them, only to have no one answer the phone.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is a joke! If you have loved ones here, get them out! They would be better off in your care then in this place! This is definitely not a rehabilitation either like it says it is!!! My dad was here for 9 days and he got a total of maybe 30 minutes of rehabilitation. Oh, and let’s not forget the fact that no one ever answers the phone either. This place should just be shut down.

I am thankful that they took my family member in.. at same time I would never send anyone there anymore everrrrrr.... made the family feel we was so wrong for checking on then ... also they never ever answere phone unless you call 50 times..

This place is a prison! As soon as I can I’m moving my Grampa out of here! 1/9/2024 they released him to an unsafe envirionment.
