The experience was extremely unprofessional, lacking integrity. If you're looking for a genuine conversation, be cautious, as they may abruptly end the call. The volunteer I spoke with seemed unqualified and gave off an impression of being unreliable, possibly even a scammer. It's disheartening to see that this organization, which claims to help others in need, seems to overlook those who look like me

I am excited that Winston Salem has a Urban League downtown. It was a pleasure to meet some of the people at the annual meeting. Urban League has helped Winston-Salem and over 19 counties with jobs for elderly, teens and other programs.
