One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with as far as payments go. They do not pro rate , so when the school year starts later in a month you still pay full price for days you don't get service. If you miss a payment ( for instance your card expires) they cancel your account immediately and your child can't attend there starting the day you missed the payment as well as a late fee. If they weren't set up at our childs school, we would never do business with these people.

We literally would not make it without Imprints Cares. As a single mom of a special needs kid and a lawyer, I need somewhere safe for my non-verbal son to be after school. It needs to be a place I trust because he can’t tell me if something bad happens. Imprints has been that place for 10 years for us. I trust the staff implicitly. I know he will be safe and loved there, as he always has been. Imprints has been a serious life saver for us. Highly recommend.

The care shown by the Family Educators and leadership is amazing. Imprints Cares has grown tremendously in the last 54 years since beginning in Forsyth County, and their evidence-based curriculum really helps our kids.

Such a wonderful company. The summer program is amazing, so many fun field trips and activities. Before and after school care is very helpful for working parents. The many different programs offered to familes and children throughout the community are phenomenal!

Imprints isn’t for the children they just see money. My child was bullied by one of the teachers then to find out it was swept under the rug by the site manager. It’s funny how the don’t skip a beat on payments when due but mistreat and yell at the children.

This is by far the best summer camp and child care program. The staff is great and they do a great mix of educational and physical activities. It is organized and they are really good at what they do. They have great communication and this is by far a better program than Alphabest, which we have also done. The hours are wonderful, and they really do cater to a working parent. My kid LOVED every week at summer camp.

Imprints DOES NOT CARE! All smoke screens, my child has been bullied under their supervision, they have lied about assisting with HW, and I have actually been yelled at by staff member.
