Under the circumstances, this was by far the BEST hospital visit I’ve ever had. From the young ladies at the front desk, to my nurse Renee , the doctor , and the gentleman that took my CAT scan. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE, was so wonderfully kind and efficient. I Was in and out with exceptional service. A big thanks to Renne and ALL the staff at Copper Queen Community Hospital. It’s very rare to find the kind of service you provided ❤️❤️❤️

Great hospital and fantastic staff!
Had to make a trip into the ER recently, and the staff were friendly and caring with everyone who cared for me dr. Waytuk and his staff, the radiology team, and everyone else who was able to get me fixed up enough to go home and heal up. I was even able to get in to see my primary care in the Palominas Clinic within less than 48 hours.
Highly recommended for those not feeling well and worth the drive away from the not so positive option in Sierra Vista. Keep up the great work, and thank you so much to everyone who makes this place the best experience you could ask for when you're not feeling your best.

Went here for my diagnostic surgery by Dr. Nieto. From beginning to end, every single staff member was caring and made me feel at ease. The nurses constantly made sure I was comfortable and had enough hot blankets, the anesthesiologist (Jim?) put my mind at ease and told me to think about my dogs :), and of course Dr. Nieto did an amazing job. After I woke up she showed me they found endometriosis and showed me pictures. She went through everything they found and made sure I had all my questions answered. 10/10 would recommend this hospital.

Also, shout out to the nurse for only have to stick me with a needle once to put the IV in. Never happens.

I have never had surgery in rural location. I did not know what to expect. I can say that the staff was amazing. For my pre-op i was a little overwhelmed by everyone who came in. There were a lot more people than I expected who took part of my surgical experience. My surgeon Dr Snure was stern, but professional and to the point but was still a very nice man. I wish I could remember everyone else’s names that were involved. But each nurse I met was nicer than the last. I’m sure I came off as very awkward, but the staff is very comforting. Pre-op nurses , anesthesiologist, surgical nurse, and recovery nurse were absolutely amazing!

Excellent care. I had a head injury from a hiking accident on Thursday. . I was seen right away. I was put in a wheel chair and taken to the ER. Dr. Shad and staff took good care of me. They did a CAT scan of my head and neck and also x-rays of my femer. Luckily I did not have any brain bleed or a concussion. We will go back to Bisbee Hospital! They have got the compassionate touch.

This hospital's ER staff needs a lesson in bedside manner and compassionate care. Rich Combs PA seems to have an issue with me a Doctorate prepared Nurse Practitioner asking questions and attempting to advocate for my mother who was there (while I am out of state). He questioned my mother re: my Doctorate credentials since my mom called me a Dr. and his response was she's not a doctor she's just a nurse practitioner. When I asked to speak with him, he came to the room ("giving me 5 minutes") and because I asked him why he felt like it was ok to question my mother about my credentials he walked out of the room; Tiffany her nurse started off being rude and nasty when I asked her how was my mother's EKG, as she was preparing to give my mother NTG to which my mom had no idea why. When I asked her about the EKG she turned around and walked out. She later returned with an attempt to apologize to me however she couldn't even get the words out right. Later when her colleague Rich Combs walked out she too eventually walked out saying she was trying to take care of my mother and explain the results (to which she couldn't do before but now suddenly she can) but I was rolling my eyes and having an attitude so she too walked out yet again. Finally my mother was sent home with a blood pressure 0f 189/107 and it was noted by yet another nurse that "he" said he was comfortable sending her home like that and she then questioned don't you have medication at home for your blood pressure, to which my mother responded I took my BP meds this morning. Again this other nurse said, "he said he's ok with sending you home like this". There are more things to say but I will communicate with an Admin, when I locate one as the electronic contact info is not transparent online. I can't wait to get an administrator to speak to regarding these providers.
