This facility is absolutely amazing with their residents. The cleaning staff always keeps it clean and smelling so fresh. They cleaned my mom’s room twice a day and were very accommodating with our visiting hours. Therapy and activities have so many cute fun activities for the residents. There’s activities that allow every single one of their residents to participate regardless of ability level. The nursing staff is such an incredible group. They made sure all of my mom’s health needs were taken care of right away. Admin staff is extremely helpful, polite, and professional. The staff actually care about the residents and it shows through their phenomenal work. I can’t thank you all enough 💕 I would absolutely definitely recommend this facility!!!

I have been a Registered Nurse for 25 yrs and I frequent this facility often to visit residents there. The staff are always friendly and interacting with the patients. They are always more than accommodating to the families. This facility is welcoming from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Very clean, the house keeping staff are continuously working and it always smells good. Due to my career I pay attention to the details and they certainly do as well. Even when I’ve been in there and a patient has spilled food they are quick to recognize and eradicate the situation. Good job to everyone there and thank you for all you do! 😊

I recently had an aunt placed at Wallace Rehab & Healthcare Center. I went to visit her and was greeted at the door. My aunt looked really nice and the happiest I have ever seen her. I would most definitely recommend this facility to others. To see happy staff members and happier residents says a lot about a nursing facility. Keep up the good work!

Wallace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center has very friendly staff. They always greet you with a smile and ask if they can help you find your love one room. I love how they take up so much time with the residents. Always providing fun loving entertainment. It makes me want to join the fun. It does my heart good when you walk in and residents are happy. That says a lot about Wallace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Keep doing what you do. The Lord is going to bless you all.

My mother is well taken care of by the staff. She has been a resident about 13 years. Mom is 87 now and has multiple comorbidities which is challenging to manage. The staff has managed them all well over her stay. The nursing staff keeps family members well informed of the status of their residents. I would like to recognize Regina Smith who oversees Mom's care. She has an exceptional nursing knowledge base and has helped Mom through some difficult times. Also, I wish to acknowledge Stephanie who is a wound care nurse. She is excellent and I credit her care with Mom's recovery after having a partial foot amputation. A nurse named Renee
is very pleasant and professional in delivering care to Mom. These 3 nurses have been vital in Mom's longevity and well being. They contact me regularly about Mom's care needs.The physical therapy department has provided great care for Mom also. The CNAs are vital for not only tending to the patients' daily needs, but recognizing any changes in the residents health. They have on several occasions caught these changes early and communicated them to their superiors. The administration departments have been pleasant to work with. Janice in the finance office has been great regarding management of Mom's financial account. The staff of this facility work long hours and do a great job caring for their residents.

My great aunt is currently staying at this facility and the workers there are amazing people, polite, caring, helpful, and supportive individuals. Especially laundry and housekeeping, they make sure that my aunt clothes are washed and brought back to her. They work very hard to make sure all of the residents get their clothes back to them and make sure that every piece of clothing gets back to them that same day or even the next day. I really appreciate them for making sure my aunt gets her clothes washed, cleaned and brought back to her, they really are the best.

A phenomenal facility that takes care of all the patients health needs. EVS does a great job ensuring the patients have a clean environment throughout the facility. Therapy is awesome with providing rehabilitation services for patients. I appreciate the whole staff at Wallace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center they’re the most dedicated, committed, passionate, kindhearted, professional staff ever!! They take amazing care of my Uncle! I recommend this facility!! 10 out 10 for sure 👍

I recently had a relative stay at this facility twice. During her stay the housekeeping department did a wonderful job keeping things clean and smelling good. The staff were very respectful, polite, and caring with her. I would like to say thank you so much to the housekeeping staff for helping my relative during her stay!!
