We visit this church every opportunity we have! The pastor is young and engaging while the associate pastor and key volunteers are also super friendly. We always feel welcomed and this is a place that grows our Christian faith. We really enjoy this church!

My family and I have been involved in WUMC for over 10 years, and the congregation is full of great people who are very welcoming. The church is vibrant and growing with a variety of missions and opportunities to serve. In addition, the church is conveniently located in the heart of the Wake Forest / Wakefield / North Raleigh area. With a new building in the near future, we look forward to inviting and engaging with even more people in their journey with Christ.

My family has attended Wakefield UMC for 10+ years. We've grown our relationship with God, along side other Christians that we now lovingly call our friends. I love this CHURCH! My family and I have been attending since the inception. The service is Amazing, people are always Friendly and Welcoming and there is always something to do to spread the LOVE of GOD! Fellowship, missions, children's church, youth programs, Pilgrimage, young adults, seasoned adults and families all find a home here. From birth to whatever your age is, you will find a home here at WUMC!

My husband and I have been attending the Wakefield United Methodist Church since 2011 and we joined shortly after that. When we first attended which was at the Kerr YMCA, we found a friendly and inviting church! We have been blessed with dedicated members who have worked hard to get a church building. Our Pastos lead us spiritually in God’s word and we are a growing vibrant active church!

Amazing church. Everyone from singles, to young families to empty nesters feel welcome and outstanding ministries for all ages. We've never met a friendlier congregation at any other church. Our new building is opening at the end of 2021.

I love everything about this church. The members are so friendly and welcoming. We love the pastoral staff and my kids love all the fun activities and mission opportunities. The church currently meets in the gym at Kerr YMCA in Wakefield.
