Multiple infringement reports filed for the use of one image in 2019; North Carolina Consumers Council Inc. via Matt Oliver stated "I don’t have anything to do with this matter at this point. If Facebook took action, you need to take it up with Facebook." after the following was filed by them.

I spent two months resolving this matter in January 2020 only to have North Carolina Consumers Councils to file again in August 2020; It's evident they will continue to file over and over again. Not sure of the ultimate purpose but I wish this could be resolved so not to impact a vulnerable communities.
I support small rural congregations and the "PHOTO" was the words "SPAM ALERT" used to warn churches of a scam by individuals against the elderly. Unaware that SPAM ALERT had a copyright on it. The constant reporting of the "PHOTO" used in 2019; has resulted in congregations unable to have their streaming services as the report lead to blocking the congregations from posting on their sites for 30 days. Four to five Sundays they are unable to post. It's sad that an organization is unable to demonstrate empathy.
