I have been witnessing how USCRI employees treating refugees families so carelessly. Their caseworkers do not care where this families live, eat, and in what conditions. They barely respond to your questions. It is very difficult to share with them that you need help.
There are some employees and volunteers who are more likely to help you than your actual caseworker. I don’t know how these caseworkers get this position if they are not being responsible of their job.
