This my second round with Action Pathways and both experiences was great the people are very kind and they really care about their clients the program really works but you have to do your part

Throw the whole program away. The workers are so rude and nonchalant. I applied for Covid Relief last year I called these people every week and they still did nothing. Applied again this year and have been getting the run around for months. The self stabilization program seems like it’s only about distributing food people not going to need the food if they lose their homes. God needs to remove these people and replace them with people that actually care. I see why Fayetteville has such a high homeless rate because their are no options and dss even worse. You people should be ashame of yourself. My prayer today is that you guys do better or shut down. I will be contacting the senator, congress, and the governor’s office.
