Balm In Gilead is a piece of heaven on earth.
Pastora Vivian is so close to Christ that you can feel His love thru her. All the volunteers shared that love as well. When I get to visit them, I feel protected and loved , I feel like I'm with family. I praise God for Balm in Gilead.

Vivian Rhone is an amazing teacher of our Lord God's word. She breaks the scriptures down so you understand there true meanings. I can't give her enough praise! She was my children's King Kids teach thru High School And even though grown now they still speak kindly of She did and ask about her often.

I called so many organizations and other churches for Emergency food assistance.. call after call. Either they were closed and only help during certain hours. I googled so many facilities and decided to take it upon myself to start calling churches around. I came across Balm in Gilead.. I called and explained that I absolutely had no food and did not receive any help so far. I was desperate and on the urge of giving up. They took my information scheduled me for a good drive next Saturday. Definitely friends, very compassionate and offered to help me even when they had staff leaving. Since it was closer to the end of the day. Without hesitation they did an amazing deed by helping me with some food for me and my family to get through the week until the food drive. They offered a prayer before I left. I felt comforted and felt as if they have given me hope not to give up. I can not thank them enough for helping me at the past minute. When they could have turned me away. I can not thank them enough. They even helped me with toilet paper and paper towels. Thank you so much. For being so understanding and not making me feel embarrassed and ashamed of this unfortunate struggle. Thank you so much for everything. I definitely recommend if your in need and struggling. Don't hesitate to call. I feel like they will try their best. I'm so grateful.

This place is absolutely the best ...pastor Vivian is totally awesome. balm Gilead will Make sure you're family is taken care of ...this place is totally blessed by God..after hurricane Florence balm Gilead helped families tremendously get back on their feet..

They are a special bunch there. They do Operation Blessing for those in need. They have a pantry to assist with food and toiletries.
Their service is very warm and inviting. I could feel the genuineness in the air. Lovely people. Come as you are is definitely their custom. So many average everyday people looking and creating a true genuine love. I feel cared for there.
Praise and worship pastor and members alike. She knows just how to bring in worship.
I attended their communion and I loved it. Put a smile on my heart. I needed that. Isn't God good all the time?!

An awesome place of worship! The church family amazing and Pastor Vivian Rhone, phenomenal! Community Outreach Events, Uh-mazing and All Glory goes to God for them. It helps not just entire families, but other Non-profit organizations. A great place to go to for your individual counseling needs. Call them up and visit church service there and attend the Community Outreach Events, you'll be blessed.
