The best help and Opportunities for all Women has a amazing energy the atmosphere is also amazing.. the have budgeting classes for those that would like to learn how to manage money also they have a Women Empowerment Class where women get together and learn each other and blow some steam, the Staff are very warm and Homely and will help you with resources. Also the hygiene closet which comes in handy when you really need items, they also have a computer lab you can utilize to job search house search etc, if you have children they have a birthday closet that you can utilize also so your child or children can enjoy their Birthday all and all I highly recommend and Appreciate Cumberland County Connections for all their help

I had a great experience! Had some challenges initially with my caseworker not responding to emails, but apparently she had left the company. I got a new one, but she was off when I urgently needed rental assistance. Travon Scott was so efficient and caring even though he wasn't my assigned caseworker. The director and my caseworker all worked together to help me really fast! I'm so grateful 🙏🏿 Thanks so much!

First the staff they have in here now are so unprofessional, the lady at the front desk just laugh at everything like a weirdo, she is so unprofessional, like you’re not there for help, second I only went there because I was out of work sick, Monique is very rude They do not help with financial situations like they say they do. They talk a good game but in the end they change their story and lie so that they don't have to help you even if you do everything they ask of you. The case manager I had no just quit in the middle of taking care of my case, no one called and said anything, after she promised my realtor that she would be paying, just to find out no payment was made and she no longer work there, now I go to see what going with my case manager and now they have no funds and can’t help. This place has a high turnover rate I have seen a lot come and go from here. I miss Angela she would have never treated me this way.

Alexa worked VERY diligently in helping me obtain assistance with my rental deposit on my new home! The process was very simple and I was able to posses funds in less than 3 business days!

I'm sure this organization helps plenty of women; however, if you are in an emergency situation, this is NOT the place to go. They require you set up an appointment, even though, they have NO appointment available and the only way they will even consider assisting you is if you meet with a case worker and go through a year long program, which is fine, but not when you are in a situation where your utilities are due to be shut off in 2 days.

So, if you require IMMEDIATE help, avoid this place!

Exception caring people work here. Everyone is so nice. I called and the girl I usually work with wasn't there, however the lady asked if she could help me. I told her my circumstances, and she emailed what I was looking for. When people work together it shows a lot about the business and it makes it more comfortable to go.
