White lady just turned me away today because I didn't have my ticket, she said you can't shop without it. That's not true, cause I've forgotten it before and I was still able to shop. Now I have to go through the rest of the week and the weekend till Tuesday instead of just letting me go ahead and shop. First time this has happened to me here.

I could talk for days about all the great things Fayetteville Urban Ministries does in our community. I was first introduced to this organization as a mentor in their Find A Friend program. They consistently pour into the lives of young people and help them to grow into productive citizens. Their staff have hearts that beat to FUM’s mission statement “to show God’s compassion for our neighbors in need, and thus build our community together”. All of FUM’s services are free to the community as well which is mind blowing!! I recommend everyone to offer their time, talents and/or treasure to support FUM!!

That's great news , When I needed assistance with my deposit 4 months ago , I was told they don't assist that rent , utilities by Haley and when they were hiring.
I was denied the position was even available after it was posted again by Haley.

Other departments was helpful such as the lady that works with clothes .five stars to her!!!!!

I am extremely THANKFUL for the staff at Urban Miniseries.. They have gotten me thru some pretty tough times and helped me rebuild my life again..No matter what they have NEVER turned me away. The love and compassion these people have shown my family is remarkable.. Haleigh and Jon and Sylvia I love you people so much!!! Thank you

I can say that I have been blessed many many times by Fayetteville Urban Ministries. They will help you and it is not an expectation that comes with it. They paid my rent, utilities and I have gotten diapers and food when I was in need! this is a great place for resources and I am so grateful for the staff that they helped me so much.

I was told I couldnt be helped with the "wrong holiday". Weird to use the Cross along with a Star of David on heading and say this. There aren't Jewish programs available. They do a Christmas program and not Hanukkah. Don't use the symbol and turn people away for the "incorrect holiday". Since it came first last year, I couldn't even say it was for Christmas.

My daughter and I have volunteered with this incredible organization. We learned how they receive items and give to those in need at no cost for anyone that needs help.

We were fortunate enough to tour the facility and we were able to help sort items along side of the staff members and observe how they interacted with clients visiting the facility.

During the tour, we witnessed several individuals working on computers in the education center. It was heartwarming that they offer one on one help with adult education.

Hope all who read this will donate to this wonderful organization.

This place is absolutely amazing. I was given their number from someone and Mrs. Haley is a lifesaver. I qualified for the emergency assistance program for a family crisis we were having and she did everything to make the program as smooth as possible. She went above and beyond for me and my family, and I could never thank her and the Ministry. I am so grateful for them they saved my family.
