If I could give it a zero star I would. I went here for chest pain Friday the 3rd and was quickly taking to the back room surprisingly. Once I got my X-ray and blood draw I was giving a careless negligence nurse name Hannah. She was by far the worst I've ever been place with. Anytime I would press the button to call for a nurse she would never come she would send someone else to come see what I wanted and then told me she would relay the message to her. I ended up getting medicine that I apparently was allergic to and noticed something was off when my mouth became numb and still they said I should be fine and sent me home anyway. I ended up in another hospital for allergic reaction and my whole face had blown up swollen by that time. I still have hives and rashes from this incident and I plan on taking them to court. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially for a emergency.

Just spent a few hours there at Anson Atrium hospital with my wife who was very sick. I couldn't have asked for better nurses, doctors and staff. They were on it!!! They took extremely great care of my wife, and treated me with the upmost respect. Proud to have them and their staff as a part of our community.

Great experience! All of the staff were amazing. We don’t typically go to Atrium but went there and it exceeded our expectations! Dr. Christopher is who we saw in the ED and he went above and beyond. He had gone over all of her records before coming in and was very knowledgeable on her medical history. He was very thorough with her and took his time to make sure he knew all of our concerns. We were extremely pleased with the nurses as well. If we have to make another trip to the ED we will definitely be choosing here.

Came to the ER for a fall I took. I had other things going on which I tried to elaborate on but the doctor came in for 3-5 minutes had an xray done gave me antibiotics and left my wife and I there for four hours.

Then told me to go home. Very nexr day I had to call an ambulance because my rib was killing me and as I tried to tell anson, there was something else wrong.
Kidney failure at that time. No checking me out.

I insisted second time to go to Atrium Monroe where I got the help needed.

Spent 3 weeks at Monroe, and they fixed me up.

Do not use Anson if you have more than a hang nail injury. Even then second opinion as the doctor and the nurses couldn't take the time to really look me over

Adding to this this is a few years later I went for a CT scan to get a pelvic exam done for cancer so that they could do radiation on me. I specifically asked the technician. They were super nice and very friendly. But I said specifically that were they going to get the pelvis where the cancer is at and they said yes and I get back after paying $1,000 or so for this and they completely missed my pelvis. So now I'm out that money. My doctor doesn't want to run me through the CT again for another 9 weeks and they did their job poorly. I don't understand when you are specifically asked and it's on your doctor's order. Why you can't follow that? But nevertheless that's what happened.
This happened in 2025.

I'm not upset anymore and I thought about it clearly . And this hospital may be slow (because the staff likes to be on their phones 50% of the time but I will have to say, out of the past 4 Ears I've been to this one actually cared about what was going on with my son and did the most test and tried to figure it out ..

DR.ANGELA KATELYN JOHNSON IS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL
On my visit there Friday 12/28/23 she walked in the room with her hands in her pockets ....looked at all 6 of us & said " you got the whole crew with you". Then she said "they have the flu because they were around others in the home that had it". She didnt pick up the paperwork at all to see what was going on with them...she did not do any tests either...
The whole time still had her hands in her pockets, walked out of the room.
15 minutes later the nurse came in with the discharge papers.
The only reason i gave 1 star was because it would not let me post w/o it...
